About Graeme and Carole - together offering you a powerful healing opportunity.
Graeme has extensive experience of 25 years as a well respected Homeopath and Naturopath, with much of his focus being on therapeutic detoxification programs. Joined together with Carole's experience of teaching yoga, facilitating retreats and life coaching, they offer you a unique and inspiring opportunity on their retreats.
Graeme and Carole gave birth to their son, Jamie on Koh Samui in 2008.
About Carole,

Following a challenging professional career and management and communications consultant in the UK, Carole immersed herself in the practice and philosophy of Yoga. A major back injury in 2001 left her unable to walk for one year and was a powerful catalyst in her own journey for personal transformation. Rather than surgery, she moved out to Koh Samui, in Thailand, to heal her spine through holistic healing and yoga. Her main inspiration and help was found in the practice of Ashtanga Yoga and this led her to become a certified Ashtanga teacher (at Yoga Thailand) in 2004.
During this time, she also co-founded a company, "Healthy and Fun" where she developed yoga and lifestyle retreats for major spas and hotels in Thailand. Passionate about inspiring people to become closer to their true nature, Carole combines her professional coaching experience with yogic techniques, on her lifestyle, yoga and detox retreats that she's designed and taught since 2002.
Recently Carole became a mum and she is enjoying discovering the beauty of a more feminine approach to her yoga practice both on and off the yoga mat.
Carole says: "Ashtanga yoga practice was the most effective for restoring the health of my broken spine. In addition to the physical benefits, I found the transformation within to be more profound than the many other techniques I'd tried. I worked through many fears, emotions and had major personal breakthroughs that totally changed my life from a London career woman to a Yogini (and new mum) living on Koh Samui. The combination of surrender, patience and commitment along with something quite unexplainable has touched me and led me into a deeper place within. Fasting and detox also had profound impact on my personal transformation. I'm happy to share the gifts of yoga and detox that have inspired me."

Founder of the Integrated Medicine Institute (IMI) in Hong Kong, Graeme is a highly respected homeopath and naturopath. With over 25 years in the practice of natural medicine, he has helped thousands of people improve their health and well-being. He has extensive experience conducting detoxification programs at his private clinic, and retreats internationally, he brings together current medical research and natural techniques for physical detoxification along with a wealth of health related knowledge and holistic healing experience.
In Hong Kong he recently designed and implemented a successful 10 day detox program for Pure Yoga and Pure Fitness, providing the opportunity for thousands of their members to detox, alongside his popular and well established detox program through his clinic at IMI.
Graeme designed and facilitates residential detox retreat programs to enable people to immerse themselves more fully in all aspects of detox, for mid body and spirit. His personal practice of healing and spirituality over many years gives a valuable addition to the retreat, with the insight and compassion to guide you through your individual healing on all levels.
Graeme says, "Detoxification is successfully used for rejuvenation, weight-loss, and correction of poor diet and lifestyle habits. For naturopaths it is the key tool for allowing the body to heal itself, through the removal of poisons. Personally I like to detox for the mental and spiritual clarity it gives me. Combining the detox with the Yoga practice and Carole's personal energy, has deepened the program on all levels."
